A 15-year-old male has been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault which took place on Craigentinny Road, near to Christiemillar Avenue, around 11.20pm on Friday, 16 August.
A 17-year-old male was taken by ambulance to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment to serious injuries.
The 15-year-old was released on an undertaking to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today, Friday, 23 August, 2024.
Enquiries into the incident remain ongoing.
