Police are appealing for witnesses after a housebreaking and vehicle theft in the east of the city.
The incident happened overnight between Sunday, 22 and Monday, November 23, at an address in the Coillesdene area.
After gaining entry into the property, the suspects stole a number of designer Louis Vuitton handbags and a grey-coloured Range Rover Evoque with the registration 5TJC.
Police are now appealing for the assistance of the public in an effort to trace those responsible and recover the stolen items.
PC Beverley Burnside, who is based at Gayfield Police Station, said: “We are carrying out various inquiries in the area, including door-to-door and reviewing local CCTV, in an effort to trace the suspects and are now appealing to the public for their assistance.
“Anyone who has seen the stolen vehicle or has information on the whereabouts of the designer handbags is asked to contact police on 101 or alternatively the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
