Police are appealing for information in order to trace a 27-year-old man, who is missing from the Slateford area.
Scott Wilson was last seen at around 8pm today (Sunday, August 23) in Inglis Green Road, when he was spotted cycling away from his home address by a neighbour.
He has not been seen since and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
Scott is described as a white man with a medium to heavy build. He is around 5ft 11” in height with balding dark hair.
He is believed to be wearing a green vest under a fluorescent yellow jacket and is cycling a folding bike (described as Brompton Folding Bike).
Inspector William Falconer said: “We are growing very concerned for Scott’s welfare and we are asking members on the public in the Edinburgh to be vigilant of his whereabouts.
“Anyone with information regarding Scott’s location is asked to contact police immediately.”
Those with information regarding Scott’s whereabouts is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 2757.
