Police have seized drugs with an estimated street value of around £187,000 following the discovery of a cannabis cultivation.
Approximately 264 cannabis plants were recovered after officers working in the capital executed a warrant at a business premises on Trinity Road.
Two men, aged 29 and 32, were cautioned and charged with drug offences and are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today (5 August).
Detective Chief Inspector Kenny Gray said: ”Our officers are working hard to get drugs off the streets and this significant recovery demonstrates that.
“Anyone with any information about criminal activity is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101 or phone the charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
