Craig Cook continued his purple patch when he powered to another 15-point maximum as success-hungry Glasgow Tigers maintained their stranglehold on Edinburgh Monarchs.
The West of Scotland combine inflicted a second straight defeat on their arch rivals in two days.
Rampant Tigers won 45-43 at Armadale on Friday also in the league and they romped to a 55-35 home win at the Peugeot Ashfield Station.
Tigers were only 13-11 ahead after four races but back-to-back 5-1 scorelines in the next two heats saw them move comfortably ten points ahead at 23-13.
The home side kept up the pressure and moved to a 46-32 advantage after Heat 13 and they finished off injury-hit Monarchs with a 4-2 in the second last heat and a 5-1 courtesy of former Edinburgh skipper Cook and Paul Starke in the final race for an emphatic 55-35 win.
