Edinburgh University coach Graham Moodie has urged his side to put Saturday’s Divsion One disappointment behind them.
The students travel to Clydesdale on Wednesday (5pm) to play West of Scotland in a British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) game.
And they are on the road again on Saturday when they face Grove Menzieshill in Division One.
Moodie saw his squad go down 2-1 to Clydesdale in Division One at Peffermill on Saturday despite taking the lead.
The former Olympian said the injury-hit students played well good in spells and he added: “We scored a nice goal and maybe could have added to it.
“A couple of poor defensive errors cost us in the second-half and credit must go to Clydesdale and Chris McFadden who took their chances and executed their corners well.
“This weekend we face a tough match against Menzieshill however we play our first BUCS match away to West of Scotland this week and that’s our main focus at the moment.”
