Police in Fife are appealing for information to help trace a man reported missing from the Cupar area yesterday.
Jason Cowie had not been seen since Wednesday around 1.10 pm and officers and family are now growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
The 43-year-old is known to travel on public transport as far as Midlothian, Edinburgh and London.
Jason is described as 5 ft 11 inches tall, of medium build with brown shoulder-length hair and a goatee beard. His hair may be tied in bunches.
He was wearing a blue puffy Converse jacket, white scarf, blue joggers and walking boots.
Community Sergeant Ewan Pearce said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for Jason since he has not been in contact with friends or family since yesterday.
“We have carried out various lines of inquiry in an effort to trace Jason but now we need the assistance of the public.
“Anyone who has seen Jason is asked to contact police straight away please by calling 101.”
