Police are appealing for public assistance to help trace missing Winchburgh man Kenneth Deacon. Kenneth, who is 32 years of age has been missing since 1900 hours on Thursday 1 October 2015 and was last seen in the Tippetknowes area of Winchburgh in West Lothian. Kenneth is described as being white, about 5′ 8″ tall, slim build, short brown hair/greying hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue hooded top, grey Adidas jogging trousers with three back stripes. He has a number of tattoos on his arms and frequents Edinburgh, the Scottish Borders and Aberdeen.
Sergeant Caroline Mackay of Police Scotland at Livingston said “Anyone who has seen Kenneth recently, or may know of his whereabouts is asked to call us on 101.”
