The Scottish Government has spent some money on advertising new rules for cycle safety called The Nice Way Code. Pedal on Parliament has held two cycling rallies in Edinburgh in 2012 and 2013 when several thousand cyclists campaigned for infrastructure changes on our roads to promote cycle safety. POP also produced an eight point manifesto for action.
