Edinburgh & Lothians Coarse Angling Club have completed their summer season for both the Saturday and Sunday Leagues.

The star of both the leagues has been the most senior member, Douglas Phillips, who managed to win both, albeit by the finest of margins in both cases.

A big plus this year was the performance of two club members in the SFCA Seniors held at Magiscroft Fishery, Cumbernauld.

Tony Hayler was the outright winner from a field of 30 entrants with Geoff Lowe in third place.

Members are now hoping for some decent weather over the next couple of months for the start of the Winter League.
