Hibs’ Player of the Year and GameChanger Ambassador Darren McGregor has invited fans to a free GameChanger youth event at Easter Road stadium on Tuesday 2nd May.
The event is focused on knowing the facts around tobacco and is aimed at young people up to the age of 25.
There is no need to pre-register as it is an open invitation event, but Hibs have asked that children aged under 14 be accompanied by an adult.
The evening starts at 6pm and will include a question and answer session with the popular defender, followed by some education around the use of tobacco. The GameChanger event is entirely free and Hibs hope to see as many young people attend as possible.
There are around 10,000 smoking related deaths every year in Scotland, and Hibs are keen to do what they can to ensure young people know the facts about tobacco and give them the best chance to live a happy, healthy and smoke free life.
