There will be partying until late in Edinburgh – and some taking part in the Pride Parade were certainly dressed up and ready to have a great time.

This is Scotland’s longest running celebration of diversity “ensuring that the rainbow shines over the city”.

The First Minister, John Swinney, led the parade from Holyrood to the Meadows accompanied by Kaukab Stewart MSP, and many city firms and organisations were also represented.
