The promoters of the Kylie concert next July have announced today that due to phenomenal demand , they have added a second night.
Tickets went on sale today Friday 16 November at 9am and within 15 minutes were sold out, making this one the fastest selling Castle concert ever.
Mark Mackie, director of Castle Concerts said: “It is with great delight we are able to announce, that due to overwhelming demand for tickets, we have added a second night. We are definitely in for two sensational evenings”
Kylie’s recent shows as part of her ‘Golden’ UK arena tour have been met with widespread critical acclaim. Metro remarked ‘Quite frankly, she was breath-taking’ and that her show “proves why Kylie remains pop’s Golden girl” in their 5-star review of the opening night of the tour, with Evening Standard praising it as “a welcome reminder of Minogue’s generosity as a performer”. Next summer’s shows will see Kylie performing a series of career-spanning hits from her unparalleled back catalogue. Kylie last performed in Edinburgh in 1991.
