With league action suspended for the international break, eight Hibs’ players join up with their national teams for upcoming matches.

Ryan Porteous, Stevie Mallan (pictured) and Oli Shaw join up with the Scotland U21 squad – they play Ukraine away on Friday 12 October (KO 5pm) before facing England at Tynecastle on Tuesday 16 October (KO 5.30pm).

Vykintas Slivka, who impressed in Saturday’s win over Hamilton, has joined up with the Lithuanian squad ahead of their double header in the UEFA Nations League. They host Romania on Thursday 11 October (KO 7.45pm) and Montenegro on Sunday 14 October (KO 7.45pm).

Daryl Horgan was named in the provisional Republic of Ireland squad for their matches against Denmark (Saturday 13 October, 7.45pm KO) and Wales (Tuesday 16 October, 7.45pm KO).

Mark Milligan and Martin Boyle join up with the Australia squad for their training camp in the UAE this week. The Socceroos play a friendly against Kuwait next Tuesday, though Boyle won’t be involved due to international red-tape.

Thomas Agyepong’s Ghana squad face Sierra Leone home and away in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The first match is on Thursday, with the return on Monday
