Hibs’ Head Coach Neil Lennon believes that the January acquisition of the three on-loan players, Florian Kamberi, Jamie MacLaren and Scott Allan have provided the team with a better variation on the way they play.

All three arrived during the transfer window and Hibs’ haven’t lost a league game since with second place in the table now a distinct possibility.

Lennon also revealed that Hibs have an option to buy Kamberi who scored the first home league hat-trick at Easter Road in ten years and he will assess the availability of the other two at the end of the season, joking that he hadn’t made his mind up as to whether he wanted them to stay.

Hibs travel to relegation candidates Ross County who have also hit form, beating Partick Thistle 4-0 in midweek and Lennon expects a tough game.

Elsewhere rivals Rangers face Dundee at Ibrox whilst Aberdeen travel to Tynecastle to meet Hearts.

Speaking at the weekly pre-match press conference, Lennon said: “We have put ourselves in a decent position with one more game before the split so there is still plenty of football to go but we are in good form.

“There is a good belief about the players and they have shown good character throughout the season.

“I think there is certainly better variation in the way we are playing and our attacking form.

“Flo has been pivotal in that, he and Jamie have formed a very good partnership and of course Scotty brings that something a little bit different.

“Not only his quality going forward but his infectious personality and what he brings to the dressing room as well as on the pitch.

“We’ve got an option to buy Flo, so that’s something we will give consideration to.

“As for the other two, that remains to be seen. We will assess where we are at the end of the season.

“There is affordability obviously and whether the players would want to come back, and whether I’d want them back as well !!!!!

“I haven’t reached that decision yet.

“Brandon (Barker) is close but he’s just not ready yet. I’d imagine that he will be fit for the start of the games after the split and we are hoping that David Gray will be in the same boat.

“Marvin (Bartley) has hurt his back a bit but should be OK and Slivka should be OK and Boyle has the on-going achilles problem be again he should be OK.”

Lennon return to the dug out today after his three match ban and he indicated earlier in the week that John McGinn would start the game after serving a two match suspension.
