Peterbrorough Panthers swooped to win the SGB Championship Fours Winners at their home circuit.

Great Britain racer Chris Harris was their hero and he was backed by Panthers skipper Ulrich Ostergaard.

Local clubs failed to qualify for the later stages. Skipper Sam Masters is sidelined with injury and Erik Riss spearheaded Edinburgh Monarchs’ charge, scoring five points.

Ricky Wells scored two and Theo Pijper and reserve Josh Pickering one point each with Max Clegg failing to score.

Richard Lawson, Aaron Summers and Nike Lunna all collected three points for Glasgow but rising star Dan Bewley drew a blank and that cost them dear.

Experienced Kevin Doolan was best for Berwick with five points with David Howe scoring two and Jye Etheridge one, while Dany Gappmaier and reserve Luke Ruddick failed to score.
