Grange could help Edinburgh rivals Inverleith by beating current Division One pace-setters Bromac Kelburne when the men’s indoor league resumes on Saturday after the winter break writes Nigel Duncan.

Grange do, however, have a big task as they have won three of their five games so far while Kelburne are unbeaten with four wins and a draw and have collected 13 points while the Edinburgh club are on nine points.

The West of Scotland club have a vastly superior goal difference with 44 to their credit against 15 in reply.

Grange have scored 26 and let in 24 but the Edinburgh club are up for the challenge.

Grange also play struggling PSL Team Sport Clydesdale in their second game at Bell’s Sports Centre, Perth.

Inverleith, the defending champions, are second in the eight-strong table with 12 points from five starts having won four and lost one.

They play second-bottom Uddingston Riva in their opener and the Lanarkshire side only have one point from four outings.

The Edinburgh club then face bottom club Western Wildccats and they also have only one point from their four fixtures.
