Vicky Ridley from Canongate Youth Project, who have benefitted from funding from the construction of the Sainsbury’s, joined store manager, Jon McGarvie, to cut the official ribbon of the new store and declared it open for business yesterday 6 December 2016.
The new convenience store will trade from 7am until 11pm, seven days a week, offering customers a wide range of groceries and fresh foods. The store features include an in-store bakery, ready meals, fresh fruit and vegetables, pizza, hot food and sandwiches.
