Deliveroo, the on-demand delivery service for high-quality restaurant meals, has partnered with 13 of Edinburgh’s favourite breakfast haunts to offer a weekend breakfast delivery service.

UnknownSmoke Stack, Brew Lab, barnacles & bones, and The Mash Tun, will now all be available to order from, with delivery starting from 10am. The weekend service is the first of its kind for Deliveroo in Scotland, who have been successfully delivering some of Edinburgh’s most loved dishes to its residents since June 2015.

Edinburgh residents can now use the Deliveroo site or app to order their breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, which will be delivered by Deliveroo riders, who aim to deliver your food from the restaurant kitchen to your door in 32 minutes.

Richard Forbes, Managing Director at Smoke Stack, said: “Our own customer feedback tells us that people crave Smoke Stack in the morning, but can’t always make it to our stores. Deliveroo can make that possible now. We are as excited as our customers will be!”

Caroline Hazlehurst, General Manager at Deliveroo, said: “We’re extremely excited to be partnering with some of the finest breakfast eateries in Edinburgh and we’re looking forward to bringing some of the restaurant’s delicious morning dishes to customers’ doors.

“So whether you’re craving a bacon butty and a coffee to help you recover from a night on the tiles, you need a weekend health boost before exercise or you just want to treat yourself to breakfast in bed, our riders will be at your door within 32 minutes to satisfy your weekend breakfast needs.”

Deliveroo is focused on providing the ultimate food delivery experience. Customers have the option to schedule orders via the Deliveroo app up to one day in advance or receive food as soon as possible between 12 noon and 11pm, from a variety of leading local, independent and high-quality chain restaurants, conveniently delivered to their homes and offices in an average of 32 minutes.
