Hibernian Ladies skipper Joelle Murray is looking to complete a successful campaign with a cup final win against league rivals Glasgow City.
The Ladies’ last game was a comprehensive 9-0 victory against Rangers, and the team are sitting comfortably in second place with one league match remaining.
The second place finish guarantees them entry into the Champions League qualifying stages, a feat not achieved by the club in nine years, and Murray is sure the experience will be a valuable one for the young squad.
Murray told the club website: “Overall it’s been a fantastic season. Obviously we had the disappointment in Aberdeen, but overall it’s been a fantastic campaign so far.
We go into every game believing we can win and wanting to perform to the best of our abilities.”
“It’s going to be the pinnacle of a lot of the girls’ careers – going into the Champions League with this group of players is very exciting.”
