Police are appealing for information to help trace a man who is subject to a recall to prison notice.
Jared Kay from Justinhaugh Drive, Linlithgow was due to return to HMP Edinburgh on 18th August 2015, but failed to do so.
The 25-year-old has still not presented himself and inquiries are ongoing to locate him.
Anyone who can assist police with their investigation is asked to come forward.
Mr Kay is described as white, aged 25 years, 5ft 6ins tall, of medium build, dark brown short hair, and brown eyes with a Scottish accent. He has a tattoo on his right arm, “ROGAN.”
Inspector Gregor Forbes said: “We are currently working alongside our relevant partners at the Prison Service to establish Jared Kay’s current whereabouts and return him to prison. Anyone with information relevant to our ongoing inquiries should contact Police immediately on 101.”
Members of the public with information should not approach Mr Kay but are advised to contact Police Scotland on 101, or alternatively contact they can contact the charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
