Chloe Mantle

Police are appealing for information concerning the whereabouts of two teenage girls, who are both called Chloe and have not been seen since the weekend.

Chloe Dawson, 14, and 15-year-old Chloe Mantle are from the Howdenhall area of the capital and were last seen in each other’s company at around 9.40pm on Sunday 27th July 2014.

The girls were spotted getting off a number 33 bus at Nicolson Street in the city centre and concerns are now growing for their safety.

Chloe Mantle is described as white, 5ft 6in, of slim build, with blue eyes, a pale complexion, and with long dark curly hair. She was wearing a dark hooded jumper, dark leggings, a black and white horizontal striped top and blue trainers when she was last seen.

Chloe Dawson is described as white, 5ft 6in, of slim build, with hazel eyes and long dark-blonde straight hair. She was also wearing a dark hooded jumper, a white vest top, dark leggings and grey trainers.

Sergeant Steven Cairns, who is based at St Leonards Police Station, said: “We are obviously concerned for the welfare of Chloe and Chloe and are keen to return them home safely as soon as possible.

“Anyone who has seen the girls or has any information on their whereabouts should contact Police Scotland on 101.”
