THE LAVENDER SPA AT ATHOLL PALACE HOTEL  – REJUVENATION 21ST CENTURY STYLE!

Drawing on its heritage as a Victorian health hydro, the luxurious Lavender Spa at the Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry uses the powers of natural spring water to rejuvenate and restore. The water, which comes from the nearby mountains of Ben-y-Vrackie, is unique to the Atholl Palace and is used as a tonic – just one factor which makes this fabulous spa stand out from the crowd – but there are many others to ensure guests will have an unforgettable pampering experience.

The Hotel is currently showcasing a special one night break offer Sunday to Thursday at £150 per person, or Friday to Saturday at £185 per person. You can stay overnight and enjoy a delicious Scottish Breakfast in the morning. Choose a treatment with which to be pampered, such as a Phytomer Facial, body massage, manicure or pedicure. There’s also a two night break package (Monday to Thursday at £295 per person, and Friday to Saturday at £330) whereby you can have both an hour long treatment,  and a half hour treatment, offering choices such as the Ocean Glow Body Scrub.

The setting of the Lavender Spa is spectacular and in tune with its surroundings – offering stunning views of the Highland Perthshire countryside to create the ideal retreat from the stresses and strains of modern life.

The Lavender Spa offers a (12 metre) main swimming pool; sauna; jacuzzi; plunge pool, gym and 5 treatment rooms. The overall design is contemporary with classical touches – elegant archways; discreet recessed lighting, the finest ceramics and exposed brick walls to create a warm and modern atmosphere.

Offering a number of unique signature treatments, the Lavender Spa is best known for its exclusive menu of luxury Phytomer performance treatments which combine 100% natural organic marine extracts from oceanic plant life. The spa also utilises natural, locally sourced products, such as the Hotel Garden’s own lavender. The Lavender Lullaby is a relaxing, stress busting massage which combines Thai massage with body exfoliation and a mini facial, all with the soothing and therapeutic aroma of Highland lavender.

“The Lavender Spa is the ideal hideaway, combining luxurious surroundings with up to the minute treatments and therapies which deliver in many ways, staying true to the Palace’s legacy as a place of wellbeing and escape, “ said Lavender Spa Manager Debbie Ovens.

“Check out our current offers, and remember that we also sell gift vouchers. You could gift a one or two night spa package to a loved one for a really special gift,” said Debbie.
