There are fifteen jobs left at Scotts bar and restaurant which will open at Port Edgar Marina in South Queensferry later this month out of the original 75 vacancies.

Scott’s at South Queensferry will open later this month

This is Buzzworks Holdings’ eleventh addition to its portfolio and the company’s first venture in to Scotland’s East Coast. Situated against the stunning backdrop of the Three Bridges and Firth of Forth, Scotts is expected to open its doors in a few weeks.

The inside of the building is now complete with the addition of a second floor and an external entrance staircase now fitted. The boat shed façade has a wall of windows which will provide spectacular views for guests and diners.

The design team at Buzzworks has sourced an eclectic mix of natural, authentic and reclaimed materials for the interior of the venue. This aligns with the group’s aim for all of its restaurants to have a more natural look.

The iconic fish tank walls that have become a staple of Buzzworks’ Scotts restaurants in Troon and Largs will have a new style in South Queensferry. There will also be a seafood display set into the main bar where chefs can prepare dishes from the new oyster bar menu directly in front of you.

Kenny Blair, Buzzworks Holdings MD, said: “It’s been a busy few months, but our new Scotts restaurant is rapidly taking shape. We pride ourselves in creating venues that provide delicious food, superb cocktails and outstanding service and Scotts South Queensferry will not disappoint.

“Launching our first venue in the East is a major milestone for us and a key step on our overall growth strategy. We look forward to making the final touches and opening our doors soon in the coming weeks.”

There are 15 vacancies at Scotts with a range of full-time and part-time jobs available. The various roles include front of house, bar, kitchen and management positions.
