Hibs’  players will wear a special commemorative logo on the back of their jerseys this afternoon to mark the Hibernian Community Foundation’s 10 year anniversary.

The Hibernian Community Foundation was set up in 2008 as an independent charity with the aim of supporting the local community.

The Foundation has contributed to ground breaking work in disability football, support for people moving into employment, educational tours for local schools and various activities to improve the health and fitness of male and female members of the Hibernian family.

The logo will feature under the squad number on each home top, and will be auctioned off following the match to raise funds for the Foundation.

The top auction kick-starts a host of other activities to take place to celebrate 10 years of the Hibernian Community Foundation – keep an eye on the club’s communication channels for more information in due course.
