Former Edinburgh Capitals sniper Bari McKenzie has re-signed for Braehead Clan.

The Dumfries-born forward, who has also played for Dundee Stars, has declared he’s willing to do anything to help the team.

And the 30-year-old revealed he had no hesitation in signing a new deal with the Glasgow club.

McKenzie has spoken to the club’s news new coach John Tripp and he said: “He seems very driven.

“I think he can lead us to bigger and better things.”

McKenzie added: “I told him I can play wherever he wants me.

“Personal goals are on the backburner. I just want to win and whatever I can do to help the team win, I’ll do it.

“I try my hardest any situation I’ve been put in and I’ll continue to do that for the new coach and the team next season.”
