Four victories from their last six games will ensure automatic promotion for Hibs.
Hibs travel to East End Park on Saturday to face on-form Dunfermline Athletic then face Morton in Greenock the following week.
Nearest rivals Morton have seven games left with a possible 21 points up for grabs. If they were to win all of their games Jim Duffy’s side will have 70 points.
Third placed Falkirk have six games remaining and could amass 66 points whilst Dundee United have seven games left and a 100% record will see the Tangerines with 68 points.
Hibs currently have 59 points so four wins would leave them with 71 points.
In addition Hibs have a goal difference of plus 26, Morton are plus 11, Falkirk are plus 15 and United are plus 12.
