Model X falcon wing doors

Tesla tell us that you can now go and see the iconic falcon wing doors amongst other unique features for yourselves at their showroom on Multrees Walk.

Tesla say: “Model X is the safest, fastest and most capable sport utility vehicle in history. With all-wheel drive and a 90 kWh battery providing 303 miles of range, Model X has ample seating for seven adults and all of their gear. And it’s ludicrously fast, accelerating from zero to 60 miles per hour in as quick as 3.2 seconds. Model X is the SUV uncompromised.”

An Edinburgh-based property management company has launched its sixth community bursary scheme, giving groups across Scotland the chance to apply for much-needed funding.

Ross and Liddell will offer grants of up to £500 to community organisations that make a vital difference in their local area by supporting individuals and families, and providing information and advice.

Since the bursary scheme launched in 2011, the property management expert has delivered over £50,000 to more than 100 groups across the country.

Irene Devenny, managing director at Ross and Liddell, said: “As a property management company with clients all over Scotland, it’s important for Ross and Liddell to play an active role in the communities it serves.

“We’ve been overwhelmed by the response to the community bursary scheme since its launch five years ago, and to date we have provided support to more than 100 groups across Scotland. The funding has a very positive impact on groups and their communities, and we love to hear about how groups use community bursary funding to make a difference.

“As we launch this year’s bursary, I would encourage everyone involved with community groups and organisations to apply. We are looking forward to supporting more community groups over the coming year.”

Ross and Liddell also has offices in Dundee, Glasgow and Paisley.

Applications are now open.

Groups can apply for a bursary by visiting https://ross-liddell.com/community-bursary

The closing date for applications is Friday 26 August 2016.
