Edinburgh Airport has released a short online film – to back Team Scotland at the forthcoming Homeless World Cup.
Street Soccer Scotland v Edinburgh Airport features Scotland internationals from both the men and women’s teams

It also features former Scotland international goalkeeper Alan Rough, STV News’ chief anchor John MacKay, Scottish Government Sports Minister Aileen Campbell, James Robertson (9) and Josh McDonald (8) from Hutchison Vale Community Sports Club, record-breaking long-distance British cyclist Mark Beaumont, Partick Thistle FC’s mascot Kingsley and Scotch Beef’s mascot Hamish the Highland Cow.
David Duke, the founder and Chief Executive of Street Soccer (Scotland), said: “All the players had a great time making the YouTube promo – and it is a fantastic way of celebrating our partnership with Edinburgh Airport.
“The players are all now fully focussed on the main event and our opening game against Hong Kong in George Square in Glasgow on Sunday July 10 – we really believe we can do well and make everyone in Scotland proud.”
Gordon Dewar, Edinburgh Airport’s Chief Executive, said: “Street Soccer Scotland and Edinburgh Airport have much in common – we both have big international ambitions and we aim to be the very best at what we do.

“This is a great partnership and we are proud to be backing David Duke and the young men and women who will be wearing the dark blue and bidding to win the Homeless World Cup.”
