Hibs’ next batch of remembrance jerseys are now available to supporters, and the club have introduced a new option following supporter feedback.
A raffle has been set up through the Club’s JustGiving site, with Dominique Malonga’s signed jersey the prize.
Tickets are available via the club website.
All proceeds from this auction will go to Poppyscotland. The draw will take place at 10am on Monday 7 December, with the winner announced on the Hibernian FC website and social media channels.
Next week the club will run a similar auction with Fraser Fyvie’s signed jersey, with proceeds going to the Hibernian Community Foundation. The raffle was arranged following feedback from supporter representatives Frank Dougan and Amit Moudgil, to give as many supporters as possible the opportunity to own a rare piece of Hibernian history.
The jerseys of Mark Oxley, Antonio Reguero, Islam Feruz and Dan Carmichael are also up for auction on the Club’s eBay page, with bidding ending next Monday 7 December. All proceeds from the auction will be split between poppyscotland and the Hibernian Community Foundation.
Poppyscotland provides tailored support and funding to thousands of ex-Servicemen and women as well as other vital services in advice, employment, mobility, respite, housing and mental health support.
The Hibernian Community Foundation is the charitable arm of the club, and provides a wide range of courses and programmes to support Leith and other communities in the Lothians.
All shirts have been signed by the respective players and were worn on Hibernian’s 4-1 win over St Mirren at the start of November. For more information contact Brett McGoldrick on 0131 656 7090 or e-mail bmcgoldrick@hibernianfc.co.uk
