Mark Greenaway is delighted to launch the Bistro Moderne Dining Club.
In December last year, Mark opened Bistro Moderne by Mark Greenaway in Edinburgh’s Stockbridge. Offering a fresh take on classic bistro dining, the restaurant is open 7 days a week serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails and Sunday roasts – and from Wednesday 26 February it will be introducing a monthly dining club.
On the last Wednesday of every month, the 80-seater restaurant will be given over to serving a unique menu of favourite dishes from different eras – but of course, Mark will be giving each dish his own unique culinary twist. Expect the unexpected!
First up is a journey back in time to 1984, where the menu will be:
• Prawn Cocktail
• Chicken Kiev
• Fish Fingers, Potato Waffles and Beans
• Black Forest Gâteau
