The Royal Bank of Scotland Group put on a bit of a show in St Andrew Square this evening, projecting some large images of their favourite tennis player, Andy Murray onto the facade of one of their buildings in St Andrew Square.
The Edinburgh Reporter was there to capture it all on video (see below) and in photos.
The crowd was a little sparse, but nonetheless vocal and eager to show their support. The bank were also displaying many tweets of support on the front of the former HQ building. We have included some of these below.
A news release from the bank said:-“RBS have been proud sponsors of Andy for over 10 years, and want to show just how much support the Scot has in his bid for the Wimbledon championship.”
The Edinburgh Reporter would very much like Andy to be victorious tomorrow. The action starts on BBC 1 from 12.50pm.
