Quattrozero brings authentic Italian cuisine to the Capital
Edinburgh’s food aficionados can sample a tantalising new authentic Italian restaurant and takeaway Quattrozero, which is now open on Queensferry Street. Specialising in authentic, fresh Italian cuisine and a pizzeria using a traditional log-fired oven, the restaurant boasts a menu to whet the appetite of the most discerning foodies across the Capital.
Opening Quattrozero, owner Giorgio Crolla said:-“Food is a passion for a great many Italians and Scots and we are delighted to be opening our latest venture offering the true Spirito Italiano (Italian Spirit), here in Edinburgh.
“Whether you are looking for a strong Italian coffee or searching for the home-cooked pizza for a quick lunch, Quattozero won’t fail to deliver. The ambience in the restaurant in very informal and welcoming, just like mamma’s table back in Italy.
“Chef’s speciality is crafting bespoke pizzeria, hand-made and cooked to order, but don’t just take my word for it, come in and say ‘ciao’ and enjoy quality Italian food offering excellent value for money.”
Alongside the café and restaurant, Quattrozero boasts a full bar including and extensive wine list to complement any meal or celebration. Quattrozero is at 40 Queensferry Street, Edinburgh and is open daily from 07.45am till late.
