No one was spared : Americans, Canadians, Jews, Muslims and of course those right wing conservatives from Cumbernauld who he tells us are ‘out to get him’, starting every report in the local newspaper with the phrase “The thrice-married Craig Ferguson….” (his third wife Megan takes part in the show too albeit briefly)
We were treated to several alternative histories of Edinburgh from Robert Louis Stephenson to Alexander Graham Bell and the important role played by Greyfriars Bobby in every single event in Scotland.
