Police Scotland are appealing for information to help trace a 34-year-old man missing from Wishaw.
Derek Smart was last seen in the Motherwell area around 8.30am on Wednesday, 20 March, 2024.
He is described as being 5ft 8ins tall, medium build with dark slicked back hair. Last seen wearing a dark hoodie and dark trousers.
Derek has access to a silver Ford Ranger vehicle, registration number HK73 XDD ,and may be in Edinburgh.
Sergeant Danielle O’Hara said: “We need to ensure that Derek is safe and well and are asking any members of the public who may have seen him to pass this information to police.
“We would also urge Derek to please get in touch with someone to confirm that he is ok.”
