Big Hearts Community Trust, the official charity of Scottish Cup finalists Heart of Midlothian, have kicked off a new partnership with a Lothian insurance firm to mark Hearts appearance in Saturday’s showpiece game of the football season.

Prospero Insurance Brokers Ltd will donate a quarter of earnings on new insurance policies back to Big Hearts. These policies include house, business, car and travel cover.

Prospero will also ensure five vulnerable families from the capital have a memorable day at the National Stadium, regardless of the result.

Prospero Insurance Directors David and Tracy Robertson commit to support Big Hearts charity

David Robertson, Managing Director at Prospero said: “At Prospero we are extremely excited about our new partnership and believe by working together we can raise significant funds to support the fantastic work Big Hearts do in the community, over the coming years. What better way to launch this than by helping some families attend what could be a very memorable occasion for everyone connected with Heart of Midlothian.”

Caryn Kerr, Development and Fundraising Manager at Big Hearts said: “We are delighted to receive this fantastic donation and initiate a close relation with Prospero, who share our values and commitment to the local community. This new partnership is a straightforward way for our supporters to benefit from a quality service whilst allowing our charity to gain new funds.”
