Hearts continued their team rebuilding today when they signed midfielder Ryan Edwards from Partick Thistle.
Edwards left the newly demoted Thistle when his contract expired at the end of last season, and Hearts Head Coach Craig Levein moved quickly to snap up the 24-year-old Australian Under 20 international on a two-year contract.
Edwards moved from his homeland to Reading in the English League in 2012 before signing for Thistle where he made over 100 appearances, scoring eight goals.
