At Arusha Gallery in March there will be an exhibition of work by Edinburgh-based photographer Janicca Honey.

The display of 30 digital giclee prints make up the exhibition When the Blackbird Sings focussing on the female body and its links with nature.

The photos were taken over the course of a year on the full and new moons, starting at the October 2016 Supermoon.

By choosing to take photos at these times Honey hoped to bring the natural rhythms of the earth into her work.
