Edinburgh Capitals have only won four of their Elite League games this season and two of them have been against Dundee Stars.

Bottom club Capitals hold a 5-3 victory at Murrayfield and 7-2 at The Dundee Ice Arena, but they have also lost on three occasions to the Tayside team, 4-2, 7-4 and 2-1 on penalty shots.

The pair square-up at Murrayfield on Sunday at 6pm and both have incentives.

Stars are chasing a play-off berth and Capitals, who are cut adrift at the bottom of the 12-strong league table, are desperate to end their season with some pride.

Meanwhile, Fife Flyers welcome Nottingham Panthers (6.30pm) to The Fife Ice Arena for the first time this season.

Nottingham have added 28-year-old Canadian forward Luke Pither to their squad as they bid to spark their league campaign.

But Flyers have enjoyed recent success against the English combine and recorded a clean sweep over Panthers at Kirkcaldy last season.

Finally, Manchester Storm host Brahead Clan (5.30pm) for the second night running.
