Picardy Place is an important area as a part of our city centre road network, as a ‘place’ to join up the new Edinburgh St James development to the Omni Centre, a possible location for a transport interchange.
What would you like to see there? The design process has culminated in a public consultation and two public information events. The consultation ends on 15 December and the matter will then be debated at a special meeting of the Transport Committee on 25 January 2018.
We hope that this liveblog which is a joint venture with The Broughton Spurtle will draw in comment from all sides of the debate. Have your say here, or follow the conversation which will unfold between 8.00am on Tuesday 12 December 2017 until noon on Wednesday 13 December 2017, but do remember that this does not replace having your say on the official consultation website which you will find here.
