Hibs’ goalkeeper Ofir Marciano is confident that things will be different for next weeks game away to Dundee following yesterday’s 3-1 defeat to Hamilton.

After the game Head Coach Neil Lennon said than only Marciano was blameless as Hibs lost their 100% start to the season, but the keeper is confident that things will improve given the quality of his team mates.

He did however criticised the teams approach to yesterday’s match and insists that the players will have to adapt and find a solution ahead of next Saturday.

The Israeli international was not at fault for any of the goals conceded as the visitors took a three goal lead before Anthony Stokes scored a late consolation goal.

Marciano told Hibernian TV: “We have a great bunch of players and great fans who support us through the season so we have to be better and we will prepare for the Dundee match next week and I’m sure things will be different.

” We fell down on the attitude and approach to the game. What has led us this year is the great attitude we have had in every game and I can’t say that we disrespected the opponent as we respect everyone who plays against us. It hard to say it but it seems as they wanted the win more than us.

“It’s going to be a long season and it’s hard to show a spark in every match but  this is part of football but as a professional we have to adapt and find a solution.

“Before the game we saw the videos of the players and I knew that he (Bingham) would shoot to my left side. I dived but to be fair it was a great penalty kick but I was unlucky and next time I will save it. I’m sure we will be better in the future.

“When you are two nil down it is normal to chase the game and score as fast as you can and that was the risk we took but unfortunately we couldn’t score earlier and lost the game.
