D&G Autocare, the independent garage group which launched in Dunfermline in 2004 with one garage, and has now grown to cover fifteen locations across the Scottish Central Belt, including Edinburgh and Livingston, has been voted “Best Scottish Group”.
The award was voted for by D&G’s own customers, based on extensive feedback given to www.whocanfixmycar.com, one of the country’s leading autocare search websites, listing over 9000 local garages, mechanics and dealerships all over the UK. D&G has been a member on the site since 2016.
Commenting on the award, Pete Wood, D&G Autocare Operations Director, said: “We have been very fortunate in our 13 years of business to win several industry awards, but the ones voted for by our customers are the ones we value the most, such as this latest one from www.whocanfixmycar.com. It’s an honour to be associated with the top names in the industry which sponsor this award too. As ever, we would like to thank our customers for the immense loyalty they have shown us over the years, and we will continue to ensure that their needs are central to our business ethos.”
D&G Autocare is continuing to look at further expansion across the central belt. It’s most recently launched garage saw it move into Tayside with a garage on Coldside Road at Taygate Trade Centre in Dundee. It also continues to operate an apprenticeship scheme for both trainee mechanics and administration staff, with 4 young apprentices based at its Headquarters in Kirkcaldy.
D&G Autocare is an independent garage group with 15 garages across Central Scotland, from East Kilbride in the West across Stirling, Perth and Dundee to Fife and the Lothians. The company covers all servicing requirements from MOT’s, tyres, exhausts and brakes, to suspension & clutches, and can replace all car parts. It is also Main Agents for Delphi Diagnostics, Runway and Barum Tyres and has DVSA Authorised Testing Facilities (up to Class 7 Light Commercial Vehicles) in its branches. Company cars, fleet and lease vehicles are welcomed.
