Although there are many events at Hogmanay which are already sold out organisers are keen to street that they still have tickets for some events available.

STILL AVAILABLE – Street Party, Torch vouchers and wristbands for the Torchlight Procession.
The three day festival begins at 7.00pm on 30 December with the Torchlight Procession which will make its way from the Old Town to Calton Hill and Waterloo Place. You must have a wristband to take part.
A handful of tickets are still on sale of the More Tales of Charlatan event on 31 December at 12.30pm when Tim Burgess will chat with Vic Galloway at Rainy Hall on The Mound.
Of course you can see the fireworks at midnight (and the countdown fireworks from 9:00pm) from just about anywhere in the city, with Inverleith Park and The Braids being two of the city’s favourite spots.
Cllr Richard Lewis, Edinburgh’s Festival and Events Champion, said: “Act quickly to get your hands on the last remaining tickets for Edinburgh’s Hogmanay. From DJs to traditional ceilidh dancing, this year’s Edinburgh’s Hogmanay Street will have something for everyone. With three days of spectacular events including the Torchlight Procession, the Stoats Loony Dook and Sprogmanay, I would encourage everyone to come along and experience what Edinburgh’s Hogmanay is really about.”
After the Street Party a free Hogmanay NightBus Service once again runs throughout the capital for revellers supported by Diageo and the City of Edinburgh Council and provided by Lothian Buses. The service starts at 00:20 and runs until 04:00 and will help around 20,000 people get home safely. Edinburgh Trams are, for the first time, offering free Hogmanay Tram Services to ensure revellers can leave the city centre after the Edinburgh Hogmanay celebrations. Free trams will run from midnight until 05:00 every 20 minutes.
