One of the key members of Hearts Ladbrokes Championship winning team of little over a year ago – midfielder Morgaro Gomis – has left Gorgie and signed for Kelantan in the Malaysian Super League. The Senegalese international made nearly 60 appearances for Hearts but spent the latter part of last season on loan to Premiership rivals Motherwell.
Another departure from Tynecastle – albeit on a loan basis – could be Scotland Under 21 international Billy King. The youngster, who has impressed in a maroon shirt when given the opportunity, looks likely to join Inverness Caledonian Thistle on a season-long loan, at the end of which will see his contract at Tynecastle up for renewal.
