This evening at People’s Postcode Lottery Charity Gala at the Assembly Rooms, First Minister the Rt Hon Nicola Sturgeon presented Street League Chief Executive Matt Stevenson-Dodd with a cheque for £200,000.
These funds will allow the charity to engage 2,000 unemployed 16-24 year olds and help them move into work, training or education by 2017.
During the course of the evening, over £5.1 million was awarded to charities and good causes supported by players of People’s Postcode Lottery.
