It is now possible for house hunters to be alerted as soon as their dream property comes on the market thanks to leading solicitors and estate agents.
Edinburgh-based Warners have incorporated a Property Alerts feature into their website allowing individuals to register to be informed of properties that become available meeting their search criteria.

This innovative feature allows users to sketch a border around an area on a map, which will then display any properties available within that chosen area and also allows users to apply the usual filters to this search such as price and number of bedrooms.
