Hibernian Development Squad fought back from two goals down for the second week running to secure a point against Falkirk at Ainslie Park last night.
Taylor Morgan scored either side of the break before Kevin Waugh pulled one back then with eight minutes remaining Conner Duthie grabbed a deserved equaliser.
After the game Joe McBride, Hibernian U20 Development Coach, told the club website “I jokingly said that I could say the same as last week, in the first half we were nowhere near good enough in every aspect of the game. Competing, picking up the ball and the tempo of our play was slow and deliberate, everything that we try not to do we done.
“In the second half we were different again and probably could have won the game in the end. Played at a much better tempo, we were brighter and competed better – just everything you’ve got to be in a football game and we done it in the second half but not the first.”
