Hibs have announced that the first 10 #HFCRemembers shirts which were worn by the first team squad during Saturday’s Scottish Championship match against Queen of the South are now available to buy via an online auction.
The one-off shirts, signed by the player, contain the poppy symbol with the phrase: ‘In Flanders fields the poppies blow’ and all proceeds will go directly to ‘Help For Heroes’.
Current live items include all outfield starting players. The remaining match day squad shirts will go live at the end of the first cycle of bids next week.
‘Help for Heroes’ is a charity formed to help those who have been wounded in Britain’s current conflicts.
Bids can be made via the Hibernian FC Website.
