Blind novelist Gordon Anthony is speaking at a free ‘Meet the Author’ event in Edinburgh’s McDonald Road Library on Tuesday [March 18].
Gordon, who lives in Livingston, has produced several highly acclaimed novels in the historical genre, ranging from adventure stories to light-hearted crime fiction.
His debut novel, “In the Shadow of the Wall” was published in 2010 and was awarded four stars in The Scotsman book review.
His second paperback “World`s End, is now available. He has also published three e-books which have attracted excellent reader reviews.
As Gordon has achieved all of this, despite having lost most of his vision to the condition retinitis pigmentosa, his talk will focus around how he researches and writes his novels, while giving some interesting views on history.
