Have you wandered down Princes Street or George Street lately? It’s full of autumn clothes! Now, don’t get me wrong, the Scottish skin tone loves an autumnal colour palate, and you can’t beat a bit of layering with our weather. However, it’s still pretty warm out there and I actually would quite like to get my legs and arms out. It’s even worse if you’re actually off on your summer hols in the next week or two and you’ve left your clothes buying to the last minute.
So, where do you go?
The answer is you need to pop to the independent boutiques scattered around Edinburgh. We’ve got you covered – we are small so can be flexible with our stock to match the weather and if you talk nicely to us, I’m sure you’ll find some summer stock tucked away in the back room!
If you’re really lucky (i.e. go put your shoes on now and brave the Festival crowds) you’ll also be able to pick up a bargain or two in the sales that we’ve got on.
Here, at Just G Boutique (44 West Port), I’ve got shorts, dresses, playsuits, tops and T-shirts all suited to the sunshine! I also have some (non-sale) knitwear that is perfect for a chilly summer’s evening.
Happy shopping & hope to see you at Just G Boutique soon or you can shop online via our website
